When I give a writing prompt, I expect you to choose whether you want to write about yourself (in first person, “I”) or a character.
Here’s an idea to spark a story:
A kid is walking in a park. He or she sees a large pair of wings on a park bench.
What does the character do?
What happens next?
Hi Kim,
When my – now 20 year old – grandson was about 4 or 5 we used to tell each other a story. Either he or I would start it and stop mid sentence to let the other complete part of the story. His part usually had super heros in it.
